These Terms of Service govern your use of herculescaves.com and any ticket purchases made through it. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.

Tickets and entry

• Tickets are valid for entry to the Caves of Hercules on the date selected at booking, subject to normal opening hours.
• Resident pricing requires a valid Moroccan national ID (CIN) or residency card presented at the gate; foreigner pricing applies otherwise.
• A valid mobile ticket (PDF or confirmation shown on your phone) is required for skip-the-line entry.
• Site management reserves the right to refuse entry for safety reasons, including severe weather or capacity limits.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (Dh) and reflect official site pricing at the time of booking. Prices may be updated periodically to reflect changes set by site management; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent booking information, or reselling tickets purchased through this site for commercial gain without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

herculescaves.com provides visitor information and ticketing services in good faith, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your visit, including travel delays, weather conditions, or third-party transport and tour arrangements.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
