Refund Policy

We want booking your visit to the Caves of Hercules to be low-risk. This policy explains when you're entitled to a refund or date change.
Standard cancellations
- Tickets cancelled at least 48 hours before your selected visit date are eligible for a full refund.
- Tickets cancelled within 48 hours of the visit date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Tickets are non-refundable once the visit date has passed.
Date changes
Since entry isn't tied to a specific timed slot, most bookings can be moved to a different date free of charge, subject to availability, by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Site closures
If the Caves of Hercules are closed on your booked date due to weather, safety, or maintenance reasons outside our control, you will be offered a full refund or a free date change, whichever you prefer.
How to request a refund
Email info@herculescaves.com with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation, or use our contact form. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Group and school bookings
Group bookings arranged directly with site management may be subject to different cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking — check your confirmation email for details.
